We have almost 500 students in our band program district wide. Our schools include:
A&M Consolidated High School (AMCHS),
A&M Consolidated Middle School (AMCMS), College Station Middle School (CSMS),
Oakwood Intermediate and Cypress Grove Intermediate.
Important Updates
AMCHS Tiger Band members recently participated in UIL Solo & Ensemble Competition. Band members earned 44 medals at that competition.
The following 18 soloists earned a Superior Rating on a Class 1 solo, and qualified for state competition in May. Students advance to the Texas State Solo & Ensemble Competition by earning a Superior Rating on a Class 1 Solo that has been memorized.

The following 3 soloists earned a Superior Rating on a Class 3 solo:

Upcoming Dates: The second Thursday of each month - March 11, April 8, and May 13 (all day, lunch and dinner). Simply present the flier and our band will get 20% of the order. How easy!
Muldoon's is offering to donate 10% of all sales between 7-9 pm each Thursday night through May 2011. They are located between Spoon's and Los Cucos on Texas Avenue. Stop by and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea!
Minutes from the Booster meeting are posted under the Booster tab. If you miss a meeting, please check that so you can stay up to date on the events and business of the band.
Also, we had sign ups for the various committees needed to run the boosters effectively. If you would like to help, please download the Committee Volunteer Form and return it to the maroon mailbox in the band hall.
